1. Acceptance of these terms

4. Your submissions

• You authorize us to share your information with independent lending partners and service providers so they may evaluate and contact you about your request.
• You authorize us and our partners to verify the information you provide, including with banks, business databases, and credit reporting agencies where permitted.
• You may not submit information about a business you are not authorized to represent.

5. Consent to be contacted

By providing your phone number you consent to receive calls and text messages from GoodChoiceLending and its lending partners at that number, including through automated dialing systems and prerecorded messages, about your request and related offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or of obtaining financing. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or ask to be placed on our internal do-not-call list by emailing support@goodchoicelending.com.

6. Acceptable use

• Do not use the site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or misleading purpose.
• Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, probe for vulnerabilities, or interfere with normal operation.
